Unlike traditional roasters, we invite customers into the process — offering both curated signature coffees and customizable roasts designed around individual taste.

Signature Coffee in the Shop is curated by our roasting artists — ready to order, balanced, and a reflection of the Untamed style. Custom Coffee is a personalized experience: you choose bean, roast level, and format, and we roast specifically for you. If you know what you like, start with Custom. If you want something tried and tested, start with Signature.

Three steps. Choose your bean. Select your roast level. Pick your format — whole bean, drip bag, or steep pack. Each custom order is roasted in small batches and prepared specifically for you.

To maintain quality and consistency, grind size is curated by our roasting team based on the format you choose. Whole bean is available; for drip bags and steep packs, the grind is precisely set to deliver the best possible cup.

All Untamed coffee is roasted in small batches and typically roasted shortly before shipping to ensure freshness and flavour clarity.

We ship across Canada and to the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.

We roast twice a week — Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed by Sunday night are roasted Tuesday and ship Wednesday. Orders placed by Tuesday night are roasted Thursday and ship Friday. You can expect your coffee within 3–5 business days of ordering.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Custom coffees are roasted to order on our Tuesday and Thursday schedule. If your order includes both custom and signature items, they may ship together or separately depending on timing.

Due to the nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
