Overview

By visiting or purchasing from untamedroastery.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our store. Please read them carefully.

Untamed Roastery is operated by Untamed Roastery Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Orders & payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We do not price-match after an order is placed.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.

Shipping

We roast to order on a weekly schedule:

• Order by Wednesday night → Roasted Thursday → Shipped Friday
• Order by Sunday night → Roasted Monday → Shipped Tuesday

We ship across Canada and to the United States via Stallion Express. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping thresholds: Ontario $50+, Rest of Canada $75+, United States $85+.

Returns & refunds

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at team@untamedroastery.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as store credit or original payment reversal.

Products

All coffee is small-batch roasted and may vary slightly in flavour between batches due to the nature of specialty coffee. Tasting notes are descriptors, not guarantees.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately at team@untamedroastery.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Untamed Roastery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Untamed Roastery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our store means you accept the updated terms.
